This decals set, including six sheets (3 on 1/144) contain all the markings to complete :

- one Canadair CL-215
- one Tracker Firecat or Turbo Firecat
- one Fokker F-27.

Canadair CL-215 :

The decals offered in this set contain all the markings and registrations of the Canadair (Pélicans) fleet in service between 1969 and 1996 within the "Protection Civile" which became "Sécurité Civile" in 1976, with all the variations made over the years. Such as the first "Yellow/Red" schemes of the Protection Civile, the "all yellow" schemes once passed to the Sécurité Civile, and the "Yellow/Red (bis)" schemes of the last aircraft delivered (series 40).

Tracker Firecat :

The Tracker is undoubtedly, after the Canadair, the most famous water bomber. Although not amphibious, it is an easy-to-use and maneuverable aircraft that is ideal for forest firefighting missions, particularly for prevention and attacking fire outbreaks.

Entering service with the French Sécurité Civile service in 1982, it is today the longest-serving water bomber, with service continuing until 2022. Several of these aircraft are still flying for charities.

The decals in this set contain the markings and all the registrations needed to create a Tracker from among all the aircraft that have served over the years, whether for a "piston engine" or "turboprop" version.

Fokker F-27-600 Firefighter :

loaned in 1988 then purchased in 1990 to replace the DC-6s, the Fokkers, described as "medium" water bombers, only had one accident in 1989. The Pelican 71 & 72 are the only Fokker F-27 water bombers deployed in the world. They were used by the Civil Security until 2004 without the slightest problem before being replaced in 2005 by the Dash 8 Q400MR.

Just as comprehensive as the decal sheets themselves, the instructions, contained in a 24-page booklet, contain all the explanations, details, and plans for each of these aircraft and their variants, along with their stories. You can thus make your own choice from the entire range of aircraft throughout the seasons.
