Before the tedious list of articles below on the terms and conditions of Syhart Decal and its website, I would like to emphasize that the management of this small business is in the hands of a single person (myself) and not multiple departments.
I have always placed the utmost importance on mutual respect, mutual honesty, and the quality of human relationships. These General Terms and Conditions define the terms and conditions for the provision of the syhartdecal.fr website and/or purchases on the aforementioned website, also referred to as "Syhart Decal" or "the seller," and the user, also referred to as "the buyer," in order to protect each party.
These conditions apply to all visits and/or purchases on the syhartdecal.fr website, as well as to all transactions made with Syhart Decal services other than through the website, such as by email, mail, telephone, or in person.
Access to the website and/or the purchase of products or sub-products on the syhartdecal.fr website or directly from Syhart Decal under the conditions stated above implies compliance with and unconditional acceptance of these conditions. These conditions constitute a contract between Syhart Decal and the user.
If the user does not wish to accept all or part of these conditions, he is asked to refrain from taking part in its use, and to renounce its acquisition and/or its distribution to third parties.
General terms and conditions
1 – Order
By making a purchase from Syhart Decal or on the syhartdecal.fr website, the buyer agrees to have read and unreservedly accepts the general terms and conditions of sale detailed here and throughout Syhart Decal products and by-products.
Orders are processed upon receipt of payment. The payment confirmation slip serves as proof of purchase, detailing the order details.
In the event of multiple orders, the buyer is invited to contact the seller to request combined shipping, confirming the delivery method. The seller will recalculate the shipping costs for all combined orders, based on the delivery method chosen by the customer. Syhart Decal undertakes to refund any overpayment based on the recalculated rate.
Syhart Decal undertakes to sell the products indicated on the website at the time of the transaction, with shipping costs calculated separately based on the delivery method and destination.
In the exceptional event that a purchased product is unavailable, the seller undertakes to offer a replacement or refund.
The seller reserves the right to refuse an order if there is an ongoing dispute with the buyer.

3 - Order Changes & Cancellations
You may modify or cancel your order at your convenience upon simple request to Syhart Decal. As long as it has not been shipped by the seller, in the event of cancellation, the full amount received by the seller will be refunded. Any commissions or additional bank charges or similar fees will not be refunded.
In accordance with the provisions of French law relating to mail order sales, the buyer has 14 days from receipt of their order to cancel it and return it at their own expense. Syhart Decal undertakes to refund the full amount received upon return of the products. Any commissions or additional bank charges or similar fees, as well as unpacked, damaged, or incomplete products, will not be refunded and will be returned to the buyer at their own expense.
4 - Payment Methods :
Payment for orders placed online on the syhartdecal.fr website can be made:
- by bank card/credit card- using a PayPal account
- by bank transfer (IBAN/BIC)
- by French check sent by mail
- by cash payment during an exhibition or trade show (by appointment - click & collect option)
Card and PayPal payments are managed and secured by PayPal institutions. These transactions are protected by banking secrecy. No banking or financial data is transmitted or stored by/on the website www.syhartdecal.fr or by Syhart Decal.
Orders can also be placed by email, mail, or telephone. Payment can then be made by credit card, bank transfer, or check payable to Syhart Decal. The seller undertakes to destroy any data transmitted upon completion of the aforementioned transaction. The seller can also attach a card payment request, or a Paypal payment request by email.
In the event of payment by check, Syhart Decal undertakes not to cash the check if all or part of the order cannot be fulfilled temporarily. It will be cashed when the order is available. If the order cannot be finalized by the seller, the seller undertakes to contact the buyer in accordance with the "Order" section above.
No payment method may be subject to a chargeback for any reason whatsoever due to insufficient funds. Otherwise, legal action will be taken.
5 - Disputes and Complaints :
In the common interest of the parties, they undertake to seek an amicable settlement of the dispute in good faith before taking any other action. However, if it is impossible to reach an agreement, the proceedings will be under the jurisdiction of the courts of Troyes (France - 10).
