Shipping Times :
Orders are generally shipped within seven days of receipt of payment. They are shipped via UPS, Colissimo, or registered airmail.
Please contact us if you prefer another carrier or delivery method.

Packaging :
The greatest care is taken in packaging decals, accessories, and orders. Small and medium-sized orders are sent in medium or large cardboard envelopes or flat parcels. Larger orders are packaged in parcels.

Shipping Costs :
Shipping is free for orders over EUR 100.00EUR (the cheapest delivery method)
Shipping is made worldwide by Colissimo via La Poste or UPS. Delivery times vary depending on the country:
- Less than 7 days in mainland France
- 2 to 14 days in Europe
- 7 days to 2 months for the rest of the world.
Shipping costs include packaging and postage. These are calculated by carrier and destination, and vary based on the total weight and volume of the package. We recommend grouping all your items into a single order.
For multiple orders, the buyer is invited to contact the seller to request combined shipping, confirming the delivery method. The seller will recalculate the delivery costs for all combined orders, based on the delivery method chosen by the customer.
Any import fees or taxes imposed at the destination by local authorities are the buyer's responsibility.
Orders placed on the syhartdecal.fr website are shipped to the address provided by the customer when placing the order, referred to as the “shipping address”. In case of an error in this address, the customer must contact the seller without delay.
Syhart Decal cannot be held responsible for any loss, delay or delivery issue resulting from an incorrect, incomplete or improperly formatted address provided by the customer.
Shipments sent by standard Airmail (no-tracking) are made at the buyer’s own risk. Syhart Decal recommends a tracked shipping option for any order over €30. Syhart Decal cannot be held responsible for any loss or delay related to this shipping method.

For geographic, economic, geopolitical, or other reasons, some destinations are not accessible for delivery. We recommend ordering from a reseller.
