This Phantom received this scheme on September 1995 :
-For the 40 Years of the Bundeswehr
-for the retirement of RF-4E Phantom "RECCE" from Luftwaffe
-And for the last flight of his pilot with WTD-61.
This Phantom was the first F-4 received by the Luftwaffe, It fly today with the Turkish Air Force.
